Situation
The Department of Education and Training Victoria (DET) has developed a suite of initiatives for schools, focused on giving our young students better access to high-quality career education. Alto was engaged to create a suite of strategic messaging narratives to inspire and connect Year 9 students with career education initiatives.
Outcome
- A suite of strategic messaging narratives to be implemented by the DET for various communications
- A report detailing the key audiences attitudes, behaviours, awareness, perceptions and barriers towards career education, including communication recommendations to overcome them.

Situation
SCU Online wanted to create a differentiated presence in the market through a brand campaign that told an authentic story and gave prospective students the information to make decisions with confidence.
Outcome
We worked with SCU Online to develop improved brand messaging with the student at the centre. We did this by uncovering the prospective student’s customer journey and crafting messaging to address and alleviate their concerns as they moved from being a prospective student to a current student.

Keypath Education wanted to improve their prospective and current student experience to ensure a higher rate of student enrolment and retention.
Outcome
Together with Keypath, we developed a customer-focused Guidebook to arm new and existing Keypath employees with tools, techniques, strategies and content to improve the student experience at every stage of their journey, ensuring a higher rate of student enrolment and retention.
